Terms of Service — OS Design Shop

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of osdesignshop.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

OS Design Shop is operated as a sole proprietorship under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only make purchases with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly.

We do our best to display product colors and designs accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the final product.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes, orders with suspected fraudulent information, or orders that cannot be fulfilled due to product availability.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

5. Prohibited Reselling

You may purchase our products for personal use and may resell individual items through private channels. However, bulk purchasing or commercial reselling of OS Design Shop products — including purchasing for the purpose of reselling through retail stores, online marketplaces, or any commercial operation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from OS Design Shop.

We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban accounts we determine are engaging in unauthorized commercial reselling.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, text, and the "Anti Larp Larp Club" name and concept, are the intellectual property of OS Design Shop and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content or designs for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By tagging OS Design Shop in photos, videos, or other content on social media, you grant OS Design Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We will always credit you when using your content. If you would like your content removed, contact us at osd.clothingshop@gmail.com and we will honor your request promptly.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, OS Design Shop may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or giveaways. The following terms apply to all promotions:

  • Promotions are valid only for the dates and conditions specified
  • Discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time
  • Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Giveaway winners are selected at our sole discretion and are final
  • OS Design Shop giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other social media platform

9. Shipping & Returns

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OS Design Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by third-party fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, or payment processors.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly at osd.clothingshop@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and we are committed to making things right. Fraudulent chargebacks on valid orders may result in account suspension and may be disputed by OS Design Shop.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
