3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended and we will notify you via email.

3.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery

We offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS and/or UPS. Estimated delivery times are 5–12 business days for standard shipping after the order has been processed and fulfilled. International shipping is available to select countries with estimated delivery of 10–25 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion.

3.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

3.5 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at oscar@osdesignshop.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Return & Refund Policy

4.1 Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products (print-on-demand fulfillment), we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

4.2 Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

4.3 Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4.4 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and contact us regarding a return of the original item if it qualifies under the conditions above.

4.5 Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.

5. Intellectual Property Notice

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, brand names, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the exclusive property of OS Design Shop and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The OS Design Shop name, the OS Design logo, the OS emblem mark, the “Anti Larp Larp Club” mark, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of OS Design Shop. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
