Shipping Policy — OS Design Shop

1. Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.


3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)

Standard Shipping 5–10 business days after production
Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days after production

Shipping rates for expedited orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International — Canada

Method Estimated Delivery
Standard International 10–20 business days after production
Expedited International 5–10 business days after production

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers in Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes upon delivery. OS Design Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


4. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and all US territories
  • Canada

We do not ship to the European Union or any other international destinations at this time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


6. Damaged or Defective Orders

We stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Email us at osd.clothingshop@gmail.com

We do not offer replacements for issues caused by incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.


7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at osd.clothingshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

OS Design Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. OS Design Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at osd.clothingshop@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
