Refund Policy — OS Design Shop

1. Our Commitment

Every OS Design Shop product is made to order. We stand behind the quality of everything we ship. If something arrives wrong, we will make it right.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email osd.clothingshop@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will confirm your replacement within 2 business days

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


4. What We Do Not Cover

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection — please review sizing carefully before ordering
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after production has begun
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Normal variation in color between screen display and printed product

5. Promotions & Discounted Items

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not a cash refund — unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most issues quickly and are committed to making things right. Fraudulent chargebacks on valid orders will be disputed.
